Craigslist find!

I'm pretty excited about this dresser I found on Craigslist. Instead of doing my typical painting, I decided to try my hand at staining! I must say that it turned out great. The process was quite long having to sand it completely and then paint six coats of stain to get it to the color I wanted. I must say that it was worth it though! Only paid $35 for the dresser. Next on my list is to get pretty paper to line the insides. I'm also trying to decide if I want to get new hardware for it too.
Notice also the paint color on the walls. This is me being thrifty. The combination is: a gallon baby pink and a gallon blue/grey (both $1 at a garage sale) and a 1/2 gallon leftover beige! I liked the color so much that I painted the upstairs bathroom that color too!
My goal before the baby comes is complete the nursery, guest room, and bathroom. I'll try to keep you posted on my progress!

    Directions:
Click on DESIGN, then TEMPLATE DESIGNER, then ADVANCED. It should be there that you can choose fonts and colors for your blog! Hope that helps!
